Description

Traditional art of my OC Elissia. This was done a few months ago but I'm submitting it now. The dress was a new sweet design for Elissia to wear befire she meets with Jestryn, and inspired the chibi I did awhile back. Unfortunately it doesn't have a background because I drew and coloured this on printer paper and by the time I had coloured Elissia, the paper was ruined.

The title refers to Elissia's desire to meet with the Rebel Prince.

I really love that dress. how long did it take for you to design her dress? was it hard drawing the folds and ruffles and little lace details?
